LosDos - Provider in .RU & .SU Domains

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By placing an order with LosDos (“we,” “us” or “LosDos”), you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

  2. Refunds

    Due to the nature of anonymous domain registrations, all sales are final. Once a domain registration has been processed, no cash refunds will be issued. In exceptional cases and at our sole discretion, credit toward future purchases may be granted; requests must be submitted via support ticket and will be decided by our administration team.

  3. Domain Registrations

    • We offer anonymous registration of .su and .ru domains only. No other gTLDs or ccTLDs are available at this time.
    • Orders are processed automatically within a few minutes. DNS nameserver updates typically propagate within minutes but may take up to 48 hours in rare cases.

  4. Domain Transfers

    Domain transfers into or out of LosDos are not supported.

  5. Payments

    • We accept payment via our partnered gateway in multiple currencies and methods.
    • Invoices are due by the stated due date; failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
    • Late fees may apply at our discretion if payment is not received by the due date.

  6. Privacy and Information

    • We do not collect or store personal identifiable information.
    • All customer data is encrypted at rest.
    • We respect your privacy and will not disclose any information except as required by law.

  7. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LosDos, its officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or relating to your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.

  8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOSDOS PROVIDES ALL SERVICES “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. LOSDOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

  9. Limitation of Damages

    IN NO EVENT SHALL LOSDOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED THROUGH REASONABLE DILIGENCE. LOSDOS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR SERVICES DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

  10. Miscellaneous

    • Each party retains all right, title, and interest in its own trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, copyrights and other intellectual property.
    • Neither party may use the other’s name or marks without prior written consent.
    • The relationship of the parties is that of independent contractors; nothing herein creates a partnership, joint venture or agency.
    • These Terms may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both parties.
    • Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
    • The following provisions survive termination: Sections 2 (Refunds), 6 (Privacy and Information), 7 (Indemnification), 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 9 (Limitation of Damages), 10 (Miscellaneous), and 11 (Force Majeure).
    • No third-party beneficiaries are intended.
    • You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign at our discretion.

  11. Force Majeure

    LosDos shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, epidemics, power failures, internet outages or other events of force majeure.
